This is an experimental R&D batch of Standard ASA filament offered as a pre-order. The batch is produced to evaluate community interest for potential future production runs. Perfect for makers and engineers interested in testing new materials and supporting filament development at Polar Filament.

Material Properties ASA provides good UV resistance, weatherability, and mechanical strength, making it suitable for functional outdoor parts, automotive applications, and enclosures.

Color Mystery spool. Each spool is a random color selected from the production run. Available colorways include natural creamy white, black, or a transition from black to white or white to black.

Production and Fulfillment We are running two back-to-back production batches to test both Standard and High-Flow ASA grades. Final order quantities will be based on demand. Production is expected to begin around August 10th, though actual dates may vary. Orders are fulfilled in the sequence they are received. If raw materials are unavailable to fulfill all orders, unfulfilled orders will be refunded.
